- Redeem online during the redemption period.
- Your redemption letter will be mailed out to your designated address within the next working day after miles are successfully deducted from your account. Normal mailing lead-time of redemption letter for mailing address in Hong Kong is around one week, and up to three weeks for mailing address outside of Hong Kong. Actual time taken will depend on postal service and mailing location.
- Contact the below centre to check for stock availability before collection.
- Present the original redemption letter and your membership card upon collection of award items at:

- Both the original redemption letter and your membership card must be presented at the redemption centre above in order to collect the chosen award.
- Award items must be collected within the award collection period, or else will be forfeited.
- Redemption of award items is subject to availability.
- The chosen award does not include delivery. Self-collection service is available only in specified locations.
- No refund or exchange policy is applicable.
